Aiming to empower the SK officers and equip them to become disaster-resilient youth leaders, the Panlalawigang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) - Camarines Sur collaborated with the Environment, Disaster Management, and Emergency Response Office (EDMERO CAMSUR) and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG CamSur) for the training and workshop on the Barangay Youth Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (BYDRRMP) and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (CCAM) Programs on April 5-6, 2024, at 11th Earth, Nabua, Camarines Sur.
The SK officers are expected to cascade their learning to their fellow officers in their respective municipalities to ensure the broader dissemination and implementation of DRRM and CCAM strategies at the barangay level.
