The Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, under the leadership of Gov Luigi Villafuerte, partnered with the Caramoan Vice Mayor’s Office and the El Verde Youth For Climate Action Caramoan Chapter for the celebration of the International Coastal Cleanup Day held on October 5, 2024.

Among the activities in this program are the cleanup of the shores, trash hunting, reef care through the collection of crowns of thorns, and mangrove planting.

As part of our commitment in the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, led by Governor Luigi Villafuerte, to bringing the province's programs and assistance closer to the people of CamSur, the Provincial Health Office brought the Serbisyog Ka Fuerte Handog Kay Nanay Program in the far-flung municipality of Caramoan.

"Pig-grab ko na po an opportunity na ini para makalibre akong ultrasound tsaka laboratory ta magayon po bagang programa na ini kan satuyang mahal na gobernador. Dakula pong tabang lalo na po sa mga nagtitirios na pamilya," shared Ariane Nabus from Pandanan, Caramoan.

Ariane was among the pregnant women in Caramoan who benefitted and happily availed of the free prenatal checkup, ultrasound, urinalysis, and blood chemistry of the program.
