But that’s only the beginning. The School of the Future, the CamSur School of the Arts & Culture, and soon the Uptown Lifestyle Public Park & Shopping Mall are all rising together.

This is not just construction — it’s the realization of our CamSur Uptown Vision: a modern, dynamic, and world-class province for generations to come.

We’re partnering with PLDT, one of the country’s leading tech giants, to build a Future-Ready CamSur!

From digitizing government transactions to launching our very own e-Government platform and mobile app, we’re making public services faster, easier, and accessible anytime, anywhere.

Tuloy-tuloy ang modernization para sa mas smart, efficient, at tech-enabled na serbisyo sa bawat CamSureno.

As part of our vision for a Smarter CamSur, we are not only building minds — we are nurturing hearts full of creativity and culture.

In 2026, we are allocating ₱100 million to construct and equip the Bikol High School of the Arts and Culture — a vision started by my father, Luis R. Villafuerte Sr., under Republic Act 9548.

We are also building the College School of the Arts and Culture at the CamSur Uptown Global City in Pili — a first-of-its-kind cultural and creative hub in the region!

Hindi lang ito para sa ngayon, kundi para sa kinabukasang mas makulay, mas malikhain, at mas matalino.
