As part of our vision for a Smarter CamSur, we are not only building minds — we are nurturing hearts full of creativity and culture.

In 2026, we are allocating ₱100 million to construct and equip the Bikol High School of the Arts and Culture — a vision started by my father, Luis R. Villafuerte Sr., under Republic Act 9548.

We are also building the College School of the Arts and Culture at the CamSur Uptown Global City in Pili — a first-of-its-kind cultural and creative hub in the region!

Hindi lang ito para sa ngayon, kundi para sa kinabukasang mas makulay, mas malikhain, at mas matalino.
