With Anticipation and Excitement

Barely close to the end of the first month of year 2010, Gov. LRay Villafuerte and his team have already conducted school and barangay visitations in the municipalities of Caramoan, Pamplona, Ragay, Gainza, Lagonoy and Siruma and in every occasion the young and charismatic governor is welcomed with great anticipation and excitement by his constituents especially those in the remote and coatal areas of the province. Like a movie idol, people of all ages would reach out to him in warm welcome, as shown in top left photo, where an old woman squeezed herself thru a thick crowd to have a closer and personal glimpse of the governor while school children, in the upper right photo, eagerly reached for the governor's hands. Understandably, these folks are grateful to the governor for his efforts in bringing closer the basic services such as medical and dental, (shown in lower photo), educational assistance and scholarships as well as mass weddings to promote and preserve family values. fernandez/arcilla/mmec
