Trained then Hired

Lower photos show the new group of students composing the 11th batch of young individuals, mostly out-of-school youth, to undertake free training under the Gov. LRay 2D Animation Training Program at the Camarines Sur Animation Studio the traditional way using papers and pencils. Upon completion, they will be hired as assistant animators to do clean ups and in-between details and will be paid based on the length of film they are able to finish. Further trainings would lead them to become full-fledged animators. Upper photos show locally-trained animators composing the pool engaged in the production of the Polish TV series “Tigerentebande” rushing the sketches using state-of-the-art computers and gadgets as well as cutting-edge technology software ToonBoom Pro in order to come up with at least 18,000 drawings needed for a single episode of the TV series.
