Overwhelmed with Clients

A deluge of passport applicants and jobseekers besieged the personnel of the Camarines Sur Employment Center (CSEC) last Thursday, February 4, 2010, the first day of Mobile Passport Service on a new regular schedule, that is, every first and third Thursdays and Fridays of the month. More and more DFA clientele are opting to transact at the Capitol for reasons of expediency, facility and convenience. But perhaps what swelled the crowd was the conduct of a Special Recruitment Activity (SRA) participated by Lead Resources Management Corp. The Manila-based recruitment agency conducted pre-qualification interviews to applicants for Management Trainees, Male Crew Supervisors and Services Crews for deployment to K.S.A., Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. NSO clients also joined the crowd finding it more convenient to process their documents at the Capitol. The multi-facetted activity was conducted under the auspices of CSEC in pursuance of Gov. LRay Villafuerte’s directive to provide assistance to CamSur constituents seeking placements here and abroad. fernandez/danrey/mmec
