DISASTER PREPAREDNESS. CamSur's team of experts from PSSO, PGO, and PPDO were the frontliners in the recently concluded Geographic Information System (GIS) training on disaster risk reduction for members of the PDCC-Catanduanes and MDCC-Cabusao, CamSur held in Legaspi City. The province's team of trainors was headed by Erwin Oliver of PSSO (standing in top photo). Gov LRay Villafuerte received high praises from various sectors for his pre-emptive measures and programs to effectively minimize the risks posed by calamities to vulnerable communities of the province. The affair was sponsored by Action Against Hunger/Accion Contre La Faim (ACF). an international organization geared at providing assistance to distressed populations.
