Commitment and Thanksgiving

Governor LRay Villafuerte was at the forefront of provincial and municipal officials who took their oaths of office at ceremonies Wednesday, June 30, at the Convention Center of the Provincial Capitol Complex along with Vice Governor Fortunato C. Peña (with family, below photo, right).  Gov. Villafuerte is the second CamSur governor to be elected for the maximum three successive terms, a record formerly solely held by his father and predecessor now congressman of the new third district Luis R. Villafuerte.  Governor Villafuerte vows to surpass CamSur’s accomplishments of the past six years in the next three years of his last term.  Also in photo (below, left) is Gov.
